Day 4: Intelligent Motivation

Understanding how emotions work at work. Understanding how money motivation work. The manager’s role in the group’s emotions.
How we demotivate our people. Creating personalized motivation strategies. Understanding how motivation works in our brains. Ranking a motivated manager’s ideas and feelings. The 4 domains of Emotional Intelligence: self-awareness, self-mastery, social consciousness and relationship mastery.

Day 5: Ideal Motivation
