Itaka Training has been granted the Erasmus+ Accreditation in the field of Adult Education, for the period 2021-2027.
Thanks to this prestigious award, Itaka Training will be able to offer educational opportunities to members of staff of all organisations wishing to be part of our national consortium.
Opportunites include activities such as professional development courses and job shadowing in another EU country.
Members of the consortium will also be able to invite experts coming from another EU country, to hold training activities, conferences, share methodologies, etc.
Activities should be focused around one or more of the main topics: International Cooperation, Migration, Rural Development, and Sustainable Development.

Company visit to Ecologistas en Acciรณn โ A truly insightful session with Susanna on sustainable agriculture, community gardens, and the use of plants to support physical and mental health.
Entrepreneurship Workshops โ Empowering learners to explore creativity, teamwork, and business development as pathways to socio-labor inclusion.
Spanish Language Lessons โ Supporting integration and expanding communication skills in a real-world context.
This experience reflects our ongoing commitment to adult education that promotes social inclusion, health, sustainability, and employability through European cooperation.







Job shadowing, Slovenia, October 2024
During our mobility in Ljubliana we met the project manager and we were introduced to the main activities the organization is involved in.
We also explored the main methodologies used by their facilitators:
– powerful questions;
-the circle way;
– world cafe’;
– open space;
-appreciative enquiry;
There was plenty of space for questions and observations, as well as a chance to talk about tools used to evaluate the training and hte learning outcomes.
We also had the opportunity to visit 2 interesting and innovative centres that offer working spaces for different target groups and run intergenerational projects:
– Multipurpose Center of the Golovec District Community;
