Itaka Training have hosted several groups of professionals working in the migration field, coming from the UK under the project Arise: Analysing Refugee Inclusion in Southern Europe.
The project was promoted by Kairos Europe in cooperation with other UK-based organisations such as Kings College London, Youth Roots, Red Ochre Entreprises, Creating Ground and Elfrida Rathbone Camden.
During the 2-year project, we hosted 72 professionals divided into 6 different flows, for a 6 day training exploring existing practices in place in Italy for the inclusion of migrants and refugees, and focusing on 3 main topics:
- Education and Employability
- Policies and Perceptions
- Women and unaccompanied minors
